I think RVing would be for me

I've been a long distance truck driver for over 40 years. You would think I've had enough of driving. I travel coast to coast and Canada but, when I decide to retire I can't see myself sitting in one spot. My kids are all grown and gone and they don't rely on me and I don't rely on them. People think truck drivers get to see all kinds of neat things but, we don't.

I'm thinking about spending summers in Montana and winters in a warmer climate. I just don't know where to start I know absolutely nothing about it. I'm thinking I might find a spot where I'd like to take full time RV residency. Any pointers would be really appreciated.

Check Out the RV Life

Talk to as many RVers as you can; join an RV club and see if you can hook up with one of their outings/camp-outs - even tho' you may not have an RV yet. While you're traveling around, stop at RV parks and find folks to talk with.

Hope that gives you a starting point.
